Yes, we are happy to clean the windows without any one being home and we are police cleared for your peace of mind.

What methods do you use?

We have invested a lot of time and money into equipment to make sure there aren’t many windows we can’t clean. We also give a 100% satisfactory guarantee on all our work, if any work isn’t 100% we will return within 24 hours.

My windows are badly stained, can you remove this?

In most cases we can, but sometimes depending on the damage it’s more cost effective to replace the glass but we are always happy to give advice in these situations.

We have some pretty awkward windows previous window cleaners said can’t be done?

There are some pretty difficult windows to clean here in nz and we hear this quite often but because of our experience and equipment we can reach the majority of the hard to reach glass.

How often do you recommend the cleaning of windows?

This is entirely the customer’s choice and no matter what the frequency we promise to be there on the date and time arranged. Except those circumstances out of our control…. acts of God, Earthquakes, accidents ETC..

Our super clean is committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with the services we provide. However, we understand that there may be instances where a return or refund is necessary. To request a return or refund, you must contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your service. If you have any issues with the quality of the service provided, please provide detailed information and photos to support your claim. We will work with you to find a resolution, which may include returning to the property to fix any issues or providing a refund.

Please note that we will not provide a refund if you have not paid your invoice or if you have tried to manipulate our system or abuse our time and services. Additionally, we will not return to the property if there are too many people present or if we are unable to gain access to the property within a reasonable timeframe.
