Cancellation Policy:
We understand that sometimes plans change. However, cancellations impact our ability to serve other clients who may have wanted your time slot. Therefore, if you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 33% cancellation fee, which helps cover lost opportunities for other bookings.If a cancellation occurs after the job has started, we will apply the same 33% cancellation fee on the remaining unfinished work. Any completed work will be charged at the full rate, as agreed.
